Holmwood Adventures – Autumn Spooktacular

We are excited to invite your children to our amazing Holmwood Adventure Autumn Camp, running for the second week of the October half-term starting from Monday 28 October.

Here’s a glimpse of what we have planned:

Outdoor Adventures: From multi-sports and swimming to exciting outdoor adventures, our camp offers a wide range of activities designed to keep your children active and engaged. With guidance from experienced teachers and coaches, children will develop their athletic abilities, learn new skills, and enjoy the benefits of teamwork and healthy competition.

Creative Crafts: Let your child’s creativity shine whether it’s through art projects or crafting, children will have the opportunity to express themselves and develop new skills in a supportive environment.

Spooky Seasonal Fun: Unlock your inner ghoul and be the best dressed on the Halloween Fancy Dress day! Enjoy time around the campfire making smores and sharing stories in the great outdoors.

Other Fun Activities: In addition to the activities mentioned above, we have a range of other exciting adventures lined up. Each day will be filled with excitement and opportunities for children to explore their interests and try new things.

STEM Camp – Next Thing Education Camps

Next Thing Education will be hosting their STEM camp sat Holmwood House in October half term. STEM camps are a fun and engaging environment to access impressive technology and learn the foundations of coding and engineering for 5-11 year olds.

Their spooky October tech camp will see a host of new activities that you won’t want to miss out on:

– Revolting Robotics & Creepy Coding
Learn how to program a robot with crazy functions like dancing or answering questions!
– Crazy Circuits & Animation
Enter the world of circuitry and animation and utilize the tech and your creativity to create wonders of animation.
– Enchanting Engineering & 3D Animation
Learn even more impressive real-world skills like the foundations of engineering with the advanced tech and teaching, and let your imagination run wild with 3D animation!
– Monstrous Media
Become a media whizz this half term and use the equipment to capture the perfect picture and film.
– Thrilling Inventions & Virtual Reality
Explore a virtual reality with the VR headsets and dive into the world of Ocean Rift, the first VR underwater world, or choose Rush, to experience the feeling of jumping out of a plane!

This October Tech Camp is the perfect opportunity for childcare that does more; enjoy a week of Halloween fun and outstanding education!
