We were delighted to be able to offer our pupils in Reception to Year 3 the opportunity to spend the day at the beach at Frinton on Thursday 23 June. This is a traditional Holmwood outing that we have had to put on hold for the last two summers and we were thrilled to be able to reinstate it this year.
Armed with buckets and spades the children had great fun with the day filled with lots of beach activities such as sandcastle building and wave jumping. It gave them the opportunity to enjoy some team building, bonding with their peers and of course a picnic and some ice cream!
