This week the Year 3 considered the enlargement of flowers by Georgia O’Keefe.
Using a viewfinder placed onto a chosen position of a photograph of a flower, the children drew an enlargement of that small area in oil pastel.
They considered the position and the size as well as the boldness of colour which can be achieved with oil pastels.
Can it really be Easter already?
Year 3 printed their cards using metallic and pearlised paint. The children printed several pieces before choosing their favourite. Who doesn’t want an Easter egg now?’
